Project Nzou
Project Nzou is a flagship development currently being advanced by Kujenga — a large-scale integrated cargo airport, industrial cluster, and Special Economic Zone designed to serve as a critical trade and export gateway for a high-growth Southern African market.
The project integrates full airside infrastructure, bonded cargo and logistics facilities, and a customs-compliant SEZ targeting mineral exports, agricultural trade, e-commerce logistics, and manufacturing. It is being structured under a public-private partnership and Design-Build-Own-Operate model, with a phased private equity-funded investment programme.
